FCO is not automatically recalculated and must be manually recalculated with the option in the UI. It needs at least 100 hits from the previous day for the calculation to work.

Why is there no factory reset button in my AutoSort Connect?
When an Autosort Connect has Omni-Select integration enabled, you cannot trigger a factory reset/default. Disable the Omni connection option to do a factory reset.
Can ProSort Connect be connected to OMNI?
No, backwards compatibility was added in a later AutoSort Connect version, therefore you would need to upgrade to ASC, and the appropriate version of OMNI software, before backwards compatibility will work.
