  When an Autosort Connect has Omni-Select integration enabled, you cannot trigger a factory reset/default. Disable the Omni connection option to do a factory reset.

• Can ProSort Connect be connected to OMNI?

  No, backwards compatibility was added in a later AutoSort Connect version, therefore you would need to upgrade to ASC, and the appropriate version of OMNI software, before backwards compatibility will work.

• Are AutoSort Touch kits compatible with ProSort Touch?

  Yes, AutoSort Touch kits are compatible with ProSort Touch. ProSort Touch kits are not available and have been replaced by the AutoSort Touch kits.

• Can I install Omni Select on a Chromebook?

  No. Omni Select is incompatible with Chromebooks. You must install the Omni Select software on a Windows computer.
