• Why is there no factory reset button in my AutoSort Connect?

  When an Autosort Connect has Omni-Select integration enabled, you cannot trigger a factory reset/default. Disable the Omni connection option to do a factory reset.

• Can I run multiple AutoSort-Connects off one RSP?

  No. You must use one RPS to power each AutoSort Connect.

• Can ProSort Connect be connected to OMNI?

  No, backwards compatibility was added in a later AutoSort Connect version, therefore you would need to upgrade to ASC, and the appropriate version of OMNI software, before backwards compatibility will work.

• Is the AutoSort-Connect compatible with Omni-Select?

  Yes. For legacy systems that still want to integrate with OMNI-SELECT, there is the option to connect the sorter to OMNI-SELECT.
