Why is my AutoSort shutting down as soon as it starts up?
If your AutoSort Connect is triggering a shutdown as soon as it starts up (constantly restarting), your incoming power may be the issue. Doublecheck that the RPS voltage selector switch is in the proper position. If the incoming power to the RPS is 115VAC, and the switch is left in the default 230VAC position, this can cause the sorter to trigger a shutdown as soon as it starts up.
