Why do my ACT-1T stay on "initializing calibration please wait" and never begin calibration?
If your ACT-1T modules are an old version, that could prevent them from calibrating. Go to the Menu, then About. If the ACT-1T version is shown in red, then it is an old version. Go to Administration, then Diagnostics, then check for the latest update and install it.

How do I ensure my fan never turns off?
First adjust the OSB trimmer all the way clockwise to ensure it's set to IDLE. Then, if it still shuts off, it's because your idle speed is not high enough. Increase this setting, to ensure fan spins instead of just humming.
Why does my fan stay on when my heater is running?
In Off Setback (OSB) mode, the fan will idle when the temperature is below the set point, up to the number of degrees that the OSB is set to. In Idle mode, the fan will always idle when the temperature is below the set point.
