As of June 2023 Rogers and Fido discontinued this functionality on their plans. If you have Rogers or Fido as your carrier, email to SMS alerts will not work. As of June 17, 2025, you won’t be able to send or receive texts using email on AT&T either. We are also hearing reports that Verizon no longer works. As of December 31st 2025 Bell will no longer be supporting this feature.
