Why am I not receiving an alert when there is an active alarm?
There are many reasons you may not be receiving alerts. Go to Menu ->Administration -> Alert Schedule and select your user from the User dropdown menu. Ensure that you are set to receive alerts at the current time. Press Send Test Message. If you receive the test message then the issue is most likely with your Action Group or Alarm Setup settings. If you do not receive the test message then the issue is likely with the contact information that you have entered into the User settings menu.
