When trying to add a new user, why does the control say my email is not a valid webservices account?

There are a couple reasons the control may think your email is not a valid account.
1. You have not entered the email identically.
Solution: Make sure the email is typed exactly the same, and if there are any special characters in the email (like é, ñ, etc.) that they are entered as such.
2. The control is connected to the internet, but not to our server.
Solution: Ensure that all ports and domains on the network that need to be open are open.
