• Does the SUPRA-TOUCH have Misting and Fogging logic similar to the ECC-1/AFX?

  As of version 1.12 the Supra-Touch has misting and fogging capabilities like the AutoFlex Connect. If you are on an older version, download the latest version from the product page: https://www.phason.ca/supra-touch.htm

• Why don't Omni-4000 controls (PB-2 - PB-6) show up in the Auto Search in the toolkit?

  The Auto Search does not find the older Omni-4000 controls (PB-2 - PB-6). It will show any PBX-10, PBX-11, PBX-HMC or AutoSort controls it communicates with though.

• What needs to be done to access my controls remotely?

  If you have a Phason Web Services account that was created on our website, all you need to do after connecting your control to the internet is add that account as a user to the controller via Administration > Users > Add existing/online user.

• Does the ECC-1 have a manual override?

  Yes. There is a software manual override that can be accessed through the control’s menu. For more information see Using manual control mode in the user manual.

• What are the dimensions of the ECC-1?

  The enclosure is 9 x 7 x 3.75 inches (23 x 18 x 9.5 cm).
