The controller is not seeing the PHASON USB.
First try remounting it via the software. If no success, this means that the PHASON USB is either physically removed, or not making a good connection, or has failed.

Start by ensuring it’s physically present, then re-seating it into the spare USB slot and using the “Restart Display” option from the diagnostics screen.

If the USB is still not recognizable after this, it will need to be replaced. The PHASON USB can be replaced by any similar type of USB, provided that it is formatted as a FAT32 file type, with the volume label “PHASON”, and has the necessary files copied to it. Download the latest PHASON USB stock files. Once downloaded, extract the contents of the “PHASON FILES.zip” to the root of your freshly formatted PHASON USB. After this is done and brought to the controller, you can either remount it through the “Eject USB” option in Diagnostics, or Restart Display.
