It's rare that a relay may become "stuck" and is recoverable by tapping on the relay to shake it loose. Most likely it's seized and needs to be replaced. Even in the event that it is recoverable, it may not be trust worthy after getting stuck once. Replacing the relay with a PKG-R52 kit (comes with 5 relays), is your best solution.
