• What does the master set point do?

  The master set point is a quick way to alter the set points of all the equipment in a zone. When the master set point is changed, all the equipment set points in that zone are changed proportionally.

• Equipment operation not following Set Points/Temp

  After confirming program being changed and program being ran are the same, and all set points are valid, I recommended factory defaulting the control, setting it up again with the same programming.

• How do I set up alerts/alarms?

  You must individually configure the alarms for each piece of equipment. You must also set up the active time and communication methods in the Alert Schedule, found in the Administration menu.

• Why can’t I adjust the set point?

  If the growth curve is enabled you cannot adjust the set point. See To start or stop the growth curve in the user manual for more information.

• Can the FC-1T-1VAC be set up to have a fan continually running?

  Yes. Set the jumper for idle mode and ensure that the idle speed is set how you want it. See the user manual for more information.
