Alerts won't stop sending
One issue that users may face in the field is that they get an alarm, and do not acknowledge it properly, and therefore it will keep emailing/texting them. This can cause a fair amount of headaches for someone, but luckily is an easy problem to fix.
More than likely, the user will forget to acknowledge the "System messages" causing the alarm to repeat even though they may have cleared the problem, and cleared the message on the device itself.
The easiest way to ensure everything is acknowledged properly is to click on "View all messages"
From here, proceed to check off "Acknowledge ALL messages", and then click "Acknowledge".
This will hopefully help in situations where it seems you have a phantom alarm that just won't clear.
