If this is an online control/account you can reset your PIN by logging onto the Phason Web Services, then click on your name on the top right hand corner, and then "Change PIN".
If this is offline control/local account you can log into your account, and then proceed to the main menu > Administration > Users. Then select your user account and then "PIN".

When an Autosort Connect has Omni-Select integration enabled, you cannot trigger a factory reset/default. Disable the Omni connection option to do a factory reset.
