Adding an online user to a Connect Device should be quick and easy to do. First, if the user does not have an online account created, they must first go to https://www.phason.ca/webservices/WebservicesLogin.php to create one. Once you have an online user account, from the AutoFlex/AutoSort go to the Main Menu > Administration > Users > Add > Add Existing Account. At this point you just enter the email address used when you signed up for your online user account.
