Stuck on PHASON screen

The most common reason for a unit to be stuck on the PHASON screen during boot up is issues reading the PHASON USB. This could be a sign that your PHASON USB has become write protected, or damaged, and the computer is getting stuck trying to read it. Power off your control, waiting for L6 to turn off, then remove your PHASON USB, and power the control back on. If the control starts up normally, you will need to replace and rebuild your PHASON USB. If the control does not start up normally, the second most common reason to be stuck on the PHASON screen would be issues connecting to your network during boot up on old versions. In newer versions these issues have been resolved, but if the control is running older software it will need to be updated. In most cases the boot process SHOULD eventually get past the PHASON screen, where you can then initiate an update to fix the issue. Keep in mind this could take up to 40 minutes in some cases to get past the PHASON screen.
