How to load a backup from one control to another?

Step 1 - From the controller with all of the settings you wish to use; Go to Main menu > Administration > Diagnostics > Backup Database
Step 2 - From the Diagnostics page, go to Eject USB and push Yes.
Step 3 - With this "It is now safe to remove the usb..." message on the screen, you can physically remove your PHASON USB from the inside of your controller. This is the USB stick WITHOUT the yellow "Do not remove" sticker.

Step 4 - On the controller you wish to restore the backup to, navigate to Main menu > Administration > Diagnostics, and push Eject USB.
Step 5 - Once you see the "It is now safe to remove..." message, you can physically remove the PHASON USB from this control, and replace it with the PHASON USB from the original control that you saved the backup from, and push Okay.
Step 6 - *Must be done at the control, not remotely* Navigate to Main Menu > Administration > Diagnostics > Page 2 > push the "Restore Database" button, this will launch the DB restore utility shortly.
Step 7 - Push Choose Backup, and it should show you a list of available backups you can restore, depending on the date/time set on the original controller, you should be able to select the latest backup and restore this.
